In March 2017, Dinghan completed the acquisition of SMA Railway Technology GmbH (Now renamed: Dinghan SMART), a global leading and reputable supplier of rail transit innovative auxiliary power converter which is based in the German city of Kassel. At present, Dinghan’s total asset has reached 3.4 billion RMB. Total number of employees is over 1,800.
